When encountered, Doll Face presents a clear ultimatum: either satiate her thirst for Almond Water to safely pass, or prepare for a confrontation. Despite being susceptible to all weapon types, be warned that sleep-inducing strategies prove futile against her. Overcoming Doll Face not only provides an opportunity to progress further into the Backrooms but also to flip the Position Token, potentially unveiling a coveted Painite Gem.
