Return & Refund Policy
Due to the collectible and secondary market value of Backrooms TCG products, all returns are subject to strict guidelines to ensure that merchandise remains in pristine, resellable condition. Please review the policy below before initiating a return.
Return Period
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. All return requests must be received within this window.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
Restocking Fee
• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the processing and inspection required to verify that items remain in resellable condition.
Condition Requirements
• Returned merchandise must be unopened and in its original, resellable condition. All returns will be subject to an inspection upon receipt. If the item fails to meet these standards, the return may be rejected or the refund adjusted accordingly.
Exclusions & Final Sale Items
• Items sold as “Final Sale” (including any complete collections) cannot be returned.
• Returns from any resellers, including local game shops or similar entities, will not be accepted under any circumstances.
